We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Dismemonod provides public speaking training services, including but not limited to:

• Confidence building workshops and courses
• Presentation skills training
• Advanced communication coaching
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group training programs
• Online learning materials and resources
• Assessment and feedback services

Our services are designed to help individuals and organizations improve their public speaking and communication skills through proven methodologies and personalized coaching.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are made
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• Corporate invoicing may be available for group bookings

Late Payment

Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and services until payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund, but credit may be applied to future courses
• After course commencement: No refund or credit

Dismemonod Cancellations

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion and certification. Minimum attendance requirements will be specified for each course.

Make-up Sessions

Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Conduct Expectations

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect for instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, and training methodologies, are the intellectual property of Dismemonod and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal learning purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
• Record audio or video of sessions without written permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source methodologies

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding student progress and personal information shared during courses. However, anonymous case studies may be used for training and marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or that our services will be error-free.

Results Disclaimer

While we use proven methods and techniques, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in public speaking abilities.

Health and Safety

If you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation in our courses, please inform us before enrollment. We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise during training.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dismemonod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Technology failures
• Transportation disruptions

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

13. Dispute Resolution
